- Sale or discounted items
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way
- Gift cards or digital products
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thewooblses.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and the address for shipping.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns to ensure it arrives safely.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless we are at fault.
5. Processing Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
If your return is not approved, we will notify you, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for return shipping and any new shipping charges for the exchange. 8. International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside the United States, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes. We recommend checking with your local post office for any additional fees related to international returns.
